Villa's kitchen

In the villa's kitchen, our skilled chef conjures up sensory pleasures from local ingredients from small producers. Depending on the season, our menu includes fish caught from Teijonlahti, and mushrooms, berries and wild herbs collected from local, clean nearby forests give our food a distinctive character.

Local specialties such as coffee from our own village roaster, root bread from the village baker and special sausages from local producers are part of our basic selection.


 The food is prepared near the customer in an open kitchen. There is magic in handwork and we do not use semi-finished products in our kitchen. Our cooking principle is Slow Food, for the small pleasures of life.

You can bring your own drinks to our premises and our chef is happy to give drink recommendations suitable for the menus.

 

Good food and good company make you feel good, but with a good drink the end result is perfect.
